We offer free shipping for all orders within the Contiguous US.

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. The delivery time for your orders will be 3-10 days, depending on the location and carries' situation.

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has shipped.

Returns Policy

After receiving the item, contact seller within 30 days, seller pays for return shipping.  Refund will be given as money back or replacement.

All returns that beyond 30 days require a return request.

Unless the return is due to Alvantor's error (i.e. The item is damaged or defective upon arrival), the original shipping cost will not be refunded and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the product is returned because a wrong address was pro vided, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
